Everything You Need to Know About Our Festival: The Information Handbook
To ensure you have the best time possible, we've compiled an essential information handbook that covers everything you need to know.
For making the most of your time here, this guide has you covered.
Our school & theatre will open 1 hour prior to the festival starting to allow you time to prepare.
Open: 4 pm Friday, 8 am Saturday, 8 am Sunday.
Here are the directions from BCS 2000 School (701 KING STREET) (practice and change area) and the Biggar Magestic Theatre (332 MAIN STREET) (performance venue).

Here is a look at pricing for our festival. A reminder that the shuttle bus is FREE, & will be operating Saturday, 930-end, Sunday 930-end, driving between the school and theatre every 15 minutes unless it’s in demand, then it will run more frequently. Please avoid parking in between the pylons at the theatre and in front of the school.
Our soup selection consists of a chicken noodle and cream based soup while quantities last. Canteen is open;
Friday: 4:00pm-8:00pm for soup and a bun & snack items.
Saturday: 8:30am-8:00pm full menu options.
Sunday: 8:30am-3pm whatever we have left.
What’s up this year?
▪️Kids weekend pass rate added.
▪️Friday & Sunday only half day rates available.
▪️Monetary awards will be e transferred within two weeks following our festival.
▪️Onstage adjudication, pins & awards will happen if time permits. If we happen to run behind, awards only will be announced.
▪️Practise area in the school gym. Absolutely no tap shoes allowed. Tap shoes are only allowed backstage and onstage.
▪️A pro is doing all of the baking! Yummy.
Our school and theatre will be open at 8 am. There are change rooms back stage ONLY for those close together numbers. Parents are not allowed backstage.
Please make sure the backstage entry way is clear of shoes. This is an emergency exit.
When you walk into the school, look to your left and you will see a glass display. The information in this display will help you get to wherever you need to go! Please take a lot of pictures with our banner, located in the gym.
