A Message from the Festival:
Hi everyone,
A few reminders we’d appreciate you sharing with your families:
Dressing rooms: These are shared spaces. Please have your group stay to one side of the room and keep walkways clear so dancers can move through easily. We also ask that families avoid lingering in dressing rooms unless they are directly assisting their child.
Practice spaces: We will have the practice space available in the gym, as well as an additional area in the atrium for small groups, solos, duets, and trios. We recognize that the atrium will also be used as a shared instructors’ lounge, and while this isn’t ideal, we are making the best use of the space available. When the foyer outside the gym is open, it may also be used for practice. Please be mindful of others and take turns.
Scheduling: Please note that the schedule may run up to 30 minutes early or late at times. Factors such as technical issues, props, and scratched routines can impact timing. We do our best to stay on schedule, but appreciate your understanding when adjustments are needed.
Communication: If you or your families have any concerns or feedback, please reach out to us directly by email or in person. We truly want to help and address any issues, but we can only do so if we’re directly made aware of them.
Finally, a reminder that this festival is run entirely by volunteers. We truly appreciate your patience and support as our team and club parents work to keep everything running smoothly.
Thank you all for your cooperation, and we hope you enjoy the festival!
